 We have been involved with multifamily since 1988 and have conducted transactions ranging from three units to nearly 300 units nationwide. We are the principles, and our specialty is buying and selling small apartments  (2-30 units).  

Cesley has been buying, selling, owning, and managing multifamily properties since 1988. She has a wealth of experience with investment properties from 2 to 30 units from remodeling, to building from scratch. You can count on her to understand the value of your property and what it is truly worth. 

Cekarri has been around the world of real estate investments her whole life (yes she is Cesley's daughter). She also has a wealth of experience in property management and has been working in the industry for 8 years as an agent and property manager. You can be sure she understands resident needs and puts people first to make sure your residents are in good hands upon sale.
